Carriage

UK (Excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands)

• Next day delivery service for orders with weights up to 90Kg, thereafter it is a pallet service. Carriage is at cost, however, if your order is in excess of £150.00 (net) we only charge 6% of invoice value.
• Pallets are charged out at cost (Normally 2-3 days, – overnight available on request at a premium)

Export and Northern Ireland

• Two to three day service charged at cost, boxes up to 30 Kg flat rate
• Pallets (3+ days) at cost

Returned Goods and Credits

Notification must be made prior to the return of any goods within 30 days of despatch.
Errors in despatch must be notified within 7 days.
Unless faulty, all goods returned must be received in the same condition as despatched from Tubeclip.
Goods that have been clearly used or marked cannot be accepted for credit.
A 10% administration charge will apply. Carriage for return will be borne by the customer .
